| Q | What are the requirements to list a home on MoveIn.ca? |
| A | We require the following: 1- That you are the property owner or the legal representative of the property owner. 2- That you have a valid telephone number and you include it on your listing(s). 3- That you change the status of your listing to sold/rented immediately after the property is sold/rented or is no longer for sale. This will ensure the removal of your phone number so that you won't get any more unnecessary calls.

| Q | Can I make changes to my listing? |
| A | Yes. log into your account and click on Edit/Update listing info under My Listings. You will need to know your user name (email address) and your password to change your listing. If you do not have access to a computer, simply call us and we'll make the change(s) for you free of charge. |

| Q | What happens if my home is not rented in the 3 month period? |
| A | Make sure you renew for another 3 months if your property is still available for rent. Renewing for another 3 months is $89.00 for Bronze, Silver or Gold package. |

| Q | Can I list more than one property? |
| A | Yes. You can list as many properties as you have for sale or rent. When someone searches with your phone number, all your properties listed under that phone number would appear. |

| A | Yes. MoveIn.ca has partnered with few licensed real estate professional who are qualified to give you an unbiased market assessment of your home (Ottawa only at this time). Available only with the Platinum and Titanium packages. |

| A | Yes. You may add several photos depending on the package that you purchased. |

| Q | If someone is interested in purchasing our home does the MoveIn.ca help write the offer? |
| A | No, we are not lawyers, in our Buyer’s guide we recommend that they call a lawyer. Usually most lawyers will answer any questions that you or your Buyer may have free of charge with no obligation. Most will also draw up the offer for your interested party at no charge. | A | Yes! Listings with photos are seen up to 10 times more than those without photos. |

| A | Yes, Simply mail them to us and we'll be more than happy to scan them for you free of charge. |

| Q | How long does it usually take to sell a home privately? |
| A | This varies depending on price, location and condition of the home. It also depends on how motivated you are about selling. The serious MoveIn.ca client will likely sell within 45 days. Homes that are overpriced obviously take longer to sell, if they sell at all. The price in most cases has to be dropped in order to sum up another burst of interest. The longer your home is on the market, the more skeptical potential buyer’s become about the home. Price it right and it will sell. |

| A | Yes. However, this site is intended for residential property advertising and the visitors to MoveIn.ca are not generally looking to purchase or rent commercial property. You may list land/lots for sale. |
